4. Put the picture on your blog and description of it.

This is Lucas at 20 months helping me make bread. He was a very enthusiastic helper with cute feet. Let me just brag about those fine chili pepper candles in the windowsill: I won them at a chili cook-off (using, as I just remembered, Ashlie the Amazing's recipe).
